The hotel is very well situated. Many sights are right nearby. Our apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished, and Dario in particular was very helpful to us, as his English is excellent.
The hotel is sometimes noisy because the complex it is in is filled with young people who party all night. But if you want to be in the center of town, noise may be unavoidable.

It is not an hotel with a lobby but there is always someone to help you. The person in charge on the apartment was very kind and helpful, The apartment is well equipped. It is located in an excellent location at Santiago.
There was a noise from the street which disturb me from sleeping well. If you are sensitive to that you probably need other more expensive hotel that is located in a corner street.

We loved everything about the hotel. It was a great location for shopping and sightseeing; it was close to metro stations; the hotel was comfortable and well furnished. There is a store next door to buy food, and there are laundry facilities in the building. There is no air conditioning, but the fan and open windows kept it cool even in the heat of March. The best part of the hotel was the great service we received from the hotel manager and concierges. They were always friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. The hotel manager was especially helpful including letting us leave our suitcases in his office on the day we left until we had to leave for the airport and even helping us wrap a picture we were taking home with us

We loved the location and the pool. The apartment was very good value, lots of space. Pretty quiet for Centro and comfy furnishings.
The WiFi was a little slow.

Chileapart is conveniently located in a lovely part of downtown Santiago. A two minute walk to the beautiful Cerro Santa Lucia and short walk to the subway stop of the same name, as well as a pick-up/drop-off point for the city tour buses. It's a very comfortable place to stay with terrific rates found on this web site. As a woman traveling the country on my own, I felt very safe here.

Graciela, one of the staff members, was extremely kind and helpful. She let me use the office computer multiple times and was willing to look up restaurant information for me and make a call to the restaurant to place a reservation. The woman who provdes the daily cleaning service is also very kind. The apartment-hotel is right next door to a major grocery store and is right in the heart of the town center, so my mom and I found it very easy to walk to wherever we needed to go. It's also very close to the Santa Lucia Hill, which is a gorgeous park. The building is very safe, with a keypad with a code on the door. The room was comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend Chileapart.
The location of the apartment-hotel is not the greatest late at night.
